Did you catch the BBC documentary regarding the two twin brothers who experimented with their diet?  One ate a sugar-based diet while the other ate a low-carb diet for a period of one month.

During the month, under the stress of different tests, performance was measured, and conclusions were drawn.

One of the frequenly talked about points is that a high fat diet just as dangerous as a high sugar diet.

Was the testing accurate? Was it unbiased?  What flaws did the show inherently have when the producers made it?
