Listen in as I chat with George Bryant, co-author of The Paleo Kitchen: Finding Primal Joy In Modern Cooking.
Packed with over 300 pages of delectable main courses, desserts, shopping tips, a picture of George fitting more cookies in his mouth than I thought was humanly possible, and lots of fun, this guide could be all you need for your cooking needs.
All recipes are gluten-free, whole food, and free of harmful products like wheat, & refined oils & sugars-for optimal nutrition.
And especially for anyone who is very low carb (like myself), it’s nice to know that even in the desserts, sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, and coconut sugar can easily be substituted with erythritol or stevia.

I also can’t need to mention his co-author, Julia Bauer!
