    Hey, at least you recognize it. My diet would make you crgine. Definitely not doing myself any favors. I am VERY lucky that my metabolism is forgiving or I would be in serious trouble. On the other side I’ll burn 1400 + calories on a 24 mile ride. Even skinny guys have to do something. You’ve been on a good plan for you, so you know what you have to do.
