His experiment was straight-forward: Do two 21-day trials, each with 5000+ calorie consumption, and evaluated following each one:

  • In his first 21-day trial, he ate high-fat, moderate protien, low-carb foods such as fish, steak, veggies, nuts, eggs, and others.
  • In his second 21-day trial, he ate ‘whole’ grains, skim milk, crumpets, low-fat yogurt and more.
